How do I apply?

We will open the application process at the start of each financial year for four Interns to join us from June to September for students who wish to build skills, expand knowledge, and embark on a career within financial services.

When the Summer Internship Programme advert goes live on our careers page, you will be asked to complete an application form, answer a number of questions and send us a video application telling us in around three minutes why you believe this would be a good fit.

You might like to share with us something about yourself, your extra-curricular activities, the reason for your application to our Internship programme at Blackfinch, the contribution you hope to make to Blackfinch and what you expect to achieve from this Internship.

Short listed candidates will be required to attend interviews via Microsoft teams initially, with a potential final stage interview being in person at our Gloucester Office.

Blackfinch is an equal opportunities employer that values diversity and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religious practice or any other perceived differences.
