We auto enrol all eligible staff into our Pension Scheme from their first salary payment. Pension contributions are made through the Salary Exchange Scheme. Staff are enrolled with an employee contribution of 5% and Blackfinch contributes 6%. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria for our pension, have the option to join, should they wish.
As part of the Blackfinch Benefits Package, staff have the option to purchase up to five days’ holiday alongside their generous leave entitlements (pro-rata for part time staff).
Our Blackfinch Life Assurance plan helps protect loved ones financially, should the worst happen. Our provision will provide 4 x gross annual salary. This cover is provided to all staff upon completion of probation.

We are passionate about developing our teams and support for professional development at Blackfinch can take many forms, from offering to pay for a course or exam qualification, or by giving you time off to study.
Working in conjunction with Tusker, a top provider when it comes to salary sacrifice car schemes, we are able to offer our staff the opportunity to get a brand-new car, complete with insurance, road tax, replacement tyres, routine servicing and maintenance, as well as full RAC breakdown cover, for a fixed monthly amount. This benefit is open to staff after completion of probation.
