This depends on what product a client is invested in, with a summary below:

IHT Services

IHT services: Upfront or ongoing fees are agreed with your client and facilitated by Blackfinch. Upfront fees are deducted from the amount invested.  Ongoing advice fees are deducted from the portfolio every three months and then paid to the adviser.

EIS Services

Asset Focused EIS services: On agreement with your client, adviser fees are paid through the investee companies. Typically, this constitutes up to 3% for the initial charge and 0.5% annually. Clients benefit in that as the adviser fee comes directly from the investee company, more of their capital is eligible for tax relief.

Corporate Management Services

Corporate Management Service: Upfront or ongoing fees are agreed with your client and facilitated by Blackfinch. Upfront fees are deducted from the amount invested.  Ongoing advice fees are deducted from the portfolio every three months and then paid to the adviser.

Please ensure that all cheques from your client(s) for investment into any service or solution are made out to Blackfinch Investments Ltd.
