Blackfinch EIS investee company First Score Music (FSM) holds rights to the score for Golden Globes winner Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
Blackfinch’s Evolve Media Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) Portfolios, which utilise rights on creative work by investing in qualifying companies in the media and entertainment sector, have received a major boost through related award wins at the Golden Globes 2018.
Music publisher FSM, an underlying investee company within the Evolve Media EIS Portfolios, holds the rights to the film score for feature film Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. The film has won in four categories at the Golden Globes 2018, including for best motion picture – drama.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, written and directed by Martin McDonagh, tells the story of a mother who personally challenges the local authorities to solve her daughter’s murder when they fail to catch the culprit.
The film is set for wide release in the US and internationally, accompanied by broad digital distribution and downloads. Its recent success also bodes well for the Oscars.
