Business Development

Our Business Development team covers roles based at our HQ in Gloucester, and right across the country. Teamwork, enthusiasm and a desire to provide high levels of customer service are as important as anything else.

Client Resources

The centre of our client experience is our Client Resources team – the first point of contact for clients and their advisers. Heavily linked with our Business Development team, this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which to hone your skills.

Corporate Management

Covering HR, Compliance, Projects and Company Secretarial, this department deals with everything needed to keep the business thriving. Working in this team means you’ll be able to make a real difference to the life of the company and how we serve customers.


Our Systems Development team is vital in supporting us as we continue to evolve. If you want to be at the forefront of designing systems and programs to make our client and staff experience even better, then we want to hear from you.

Investment Management

Investing is what Blackfinch does best. Our Investment teams cover all our products and specialisms. With roles from investment assistants and analysts, to senior investment managers, you’ll have opportunities to progress while enjoying variety in your work.


Our strong systems and infrastructure are key to providing the highest level of service for advisers and their clients. As we continue to grow, no day in this department is the same. Join us and be part of a team that’s integral to our business.

Our Legal team is key to how we adapt to the changing market. With work extending across property, construction, banking and other specialisms, it’s vital to our ongoing success. You could find your ideal in-house role here.


From designing material, to connecting with customers on social media, to ensuring our content and branding is best in class, our Marketing team works with every department. They promote our wide range of offerings and develop our brand, with all requirements being undertaken in-house.
